New Construction Homes

The Parrott Team has access and knowledge of new developments in Oakland and Macomb County. If you’re buying a new home, let us help you shop and compare cost, quality, location, and on time delivery! New homes can be a great investment as they have historically appreciated the fastest.

We offer a $1000 rebate program* (sometimes even more when there are builder bonuses!) when you buy a home through us after signing up with us to be your buyer agent. There is no cost to sign up and the contract is for 3 months. We’ll even cancel at any time if you are dissatisfied with our service! You receive your rebate within 2 weeks after closing.

Existing Homes

Existing homes can also be a great value but more than anything, many can already have all the charm built right in. Compared to new construction, you’ll have an established neighborhood, fully developed landscaping, and generally retail establishments, medical offices and restaurants and entertainment nearby. Homes may or may not be updated but you have the choice of buying a home at a great value you can update yourself or paying a bit more for a nicely updated “move right in” home that may even have a finished basement.

To receive the $1000 cash rebate, the home purchase price must be $200,000 or more. For homes $150,000 to $199,999, the rebate is $500. Below $150,000 a rebate is not offered.
